🎯 CV Focus: Frontend / Mobile Engineer 📎 Bridge included

📎 Cover letter bridge: While my CV emphasizes frontend and mobile expertise, I also build and maintain backend services (Express, TypeScript, Shelf/Dart) and am comfortable owning the full stack when needed. I believe great frontend work requires deep understanding of the backend it connects to.

Cover Letter

Hi,

I'm excited to apply for the Full Stack Developer role at LimeSurvey GmbH. As a software engineer with 7+ years of experience building production applications, I've long admired LimeSurvey's mission to make powerful survey tools accessible to everyone — and I'd love to contribute to a platform used by millions worldwide.

My career has centered on frontend and mobile development, most recently leading a cross-platform Flutter application at Bloomwell GmbH, where I own everything from architecture to launch. I've built and maintained a React-based admin dashboard, set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker, and collaborated closely with backend engineers on API design. While my CV emphasizes frontend and mobile expertise, I also build and maintain backend services (Express, TypeScript, Shelf/Dart) and am comfortable owning the full stack when needed. I believe great frontend work requires deep understanding of the backend it connects to.

At Livv GmbH, I worked across the stack — contributing to a Spring Boot device configuration service while rebuilding the Flutter mobile app end to end. This experience taught me to navigate complex systems, communicate across disciplines, and deliver reliable software that users depend on. I'm also an active open-source contributor and mentor, which aligns with LimeSurvey's collaborative, community-driven spirit.

I'm based in Mainz and open to opportunities in Hamburg. I'd welcome the chance to discuss how my Flutter, React, TypeScript, and full-stack experience can support LimeSurvey's continued growth.

Thank you for your consideration.

Warm regards,
Mohamed Ali Hamza
